There are a few limitations that comes with using gift cards. These include:

Gift cards are sold as virtual products. ProShop doesn’t create or ship physical gift cards.

Gift cards never expire.

Gift cards can be used towards any product ordered through ProShop. However, they cannot be used towards Fees or Custom Quote orders.
