There are a few reasons an Auto Reorder might be deactivated if you haven’t deactivated it yourself. Reasons for deactivation include:

The ProShop has been closed

The customer account has been deleted

The product is no longer available for purchase

The template used in the Auto Reorder has been deactivated

The payment used for the Auto Reorder has failed and cannot be updated
You can see the status of each Auto Reorder on the Auto Reorder page under My Orders. If an Auto Reorder shows as deactivated, you can reactivate it with the exception of the above examples.
